  1. Find a market
    1. Think of a market topic area
    2. Check Overture for 20,000 - 100,000 clicks per month on 'main' keyword term
    3. Check out 3rd maximum bid on Overture ($0.30 - $2.00)
    4. Check out Technorati for the market buzz
    5. Check out Google for existing competitors (1-2 direct, 4 or more indirect)
    6. Check out Amazon for existing books (5 - 100)
  2. Create a big list of keyword phrases
  3. Create a Fly Catcher
  4. Advertise Fly Catcher on Google at $0.05 per click
  5. Monitor Fly Catcher results daily
  6. Stop advertising after no more than 4 days
  7. Analyse Fly Catcher results
  8. If results are poor, start again!
    1. Create a small info product / resource sheet
    2. Send to those who provided questions with an explanation
  9. Determine the product to create and write a brief
  10. Get the product made
  11. Create the Sales Letter web site
  12. Place the product on the site when ready
  13. Restart advertising
    1. Switch all Google AdWord links to the new site
    2. Resume the Ad Groups
  14. Monitor sales versus costs
  15. Repeat the whole process
